Sunday School
Sunday School meets during the 8:30 AM service throughout the school year. Children ages 3 through Grade 6 are invited to attend.
We continue to divide the year into three segments, having a different teacher each third in each class, so our current teaching staff throughout the year is six people.
Block One teachers (September 25th through December 18th
Pre-K to 2nd grade – Diana Baird
3rd – 6th – John Levins (1st 4 weeks)
Tim Horne (The rest of Block 1)
Block Two Teachers (January 8th – March 11th)
Pre-K to 2nd Grade – Kim Hastings
3rd to 6th Grade – Tracey Gross
Block Three Teachers (March 25th – May 27th
Pre-K to 2nd Grade – Paula McPhail
3rd to 6th Grade – To be Announced
We switched from the LIVE B.I.G. curriculum to SPARK for the 2011-2012 teaching year. Many people felt LIVE B.I.G. was not very grounded in the Bible. SPARK certainly is and also provides many options for activities.
